Located on historic Colorado Boulevard, Citizen's Business Bank is a new two-story financial center including branch banking, wealth management offices and a training center. Local architectural materials and forms are evident with the rotunda-like banking hall, pocket park and fountain, and brick materials. The playful arch forms reflect the historic Colorado Boulevard bridge.  The design was embraced by the Pasadena Design Review Committee.
