LCDG designed a three-bay garage addition to accommodate Edison’s larger trucks and mobile cranes. Included is a 40’ long lube pit, a 90,000 pound three-post lift and a 10-ton overhead bridge crane. Expansion required the demolition of two existing service bays, and an adjacent two-story bay has been modified and renovated. New offices, tire storage and hazardous storage are included. The exterior is skinned in metal panels, utilizing innovative insulation materials, and concrete block is used inside for durability.  LCDG has worked with Edison for nine years on over fifty projects.
